Nytol One-at -Night tablets are used to treat temporary sleeping difficulties.
Swallow one tablet with water 20 minutes before you plan on going to bed. As insomnia can be a sign of some serious underlying medical conditions, we ask that if sleeplessness persists longer than 7 nights , that you consult your G.P.
Do not take if you have ever had a reaction to the active ingredient diphenhydramine hydrochloride or any of the other inactive ingredients. Please read the leaflet before taking.
Do not take if you have an obstruction in your gut e.g. an ulcer.
If you are elderly, pregnant or breastfeeding or taking any prescribed medicines, please consult with your GP before use.
